Valérie Frigon

Valérie Frigon is a lawyer and tax expert and works with the taxation team in commercial and corporate law at LJT Avocats since 2018. Her expertise is primarily focused on commercial transactions, including the acquisition and sale of businesses. She has been involved in numerous transactional and commercial law cases of varying scope, particularly in the fields of pharmacy, e-commerce, professional services, and franchising.

Valérie is recognized for her business acumen, her ability to quickly grasp her clients’ objectives, and her precision in identifying the key issues and risks in their cases.
