Valérie Bourdeau joined LJT Avocats in October 2024 as part of the Commercial and Corporate Law team, where she leverages her expertise in business law.
Her practice focuses on business law, covering commercial, corporate, and tax matters. She primarily advises companies in the pharmacy industry, providing strategic legal guidance tailored to the specific needs of this demanding sector.
Before joining LJT, Valérie gained valuable experience in the tax department of an accounting firm in the Laurentians. This experience enables her to bring a unique and complementary perspective to her practice.
A graduate of the Bachelor of Laws program at UQAM in May 2022, she was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2023. Valérie is currently pursuing a graduate diploma (DESS) in Taxation at HEC Montréal, further strengthening her expertise in the field.
