Pierre Eloi Talbot practices in the Litigation and conflict resolution sector with a predominance in administrative law. He advises and represents several political parties and candidates in matters of electoral law, at the municipal, provincial and federal levels. He represents candidates in judicial recounts and advises political parties on the different laws governing elections.
He also represents municipal elected representatives, in such contexts as public inquiries, ethics and professional conduct, procedures for declaring incompetence and civil cases. He also represents citizens and municipalities in municipal litigation on topics as varied as property valuations, urban planning and civil liability. His practice in administrative law extends to disciplinary law, and has represented several professionals before a range of disciplinary boards.
In addition to his practice in administrative law, he maintains an active practice in civil and commercial litigation. He has also been a sought-after business consultant who has helped his clients adopt optimal strategies while limiting legal risks. His wide-ranging experience and knowledge of a number of business sectors make his advice particularly relevant.
He is involved in a number of social causes. Among other duties, he acts as treasurer for Le Sac à dos, an organization that encourages the social and economic reinsertion of homeless people and those in danger of becoming homeless.
