Philippe Gagnon-Marin obtained his bachelor's degree in law from the Université Laval in 2019. He completed his training at the École du Barreau in 2020 and joined the LJT Avocats team's inas a lawyer 2021 after having completed his articling in the litigation sector, more particularly in the team specializing in real estate and divided co-ownership.
His practice is mainly focused on real estate law and co-ownership law in the context of civil litigation of various kinds. In this regard, he regularly represents co-ownership syndicates, building managers and co-owners before the common law courts. His practice also leads him, from time to time, to represent the interests of tenants or landlords before the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL). In addition, he assists his clients by drafting various legal documents for their benefit, such as resolutions, regulations and legal opinions on complex issues. Furthermore, he offers his services as chairman of co-owners' meetings.
He co-wrote the second edition of the book Administrateur de Condo : tout ce qu’il faut savoir with Yves Papineau. He is also a regular speaker at conferences given by the Regroupement des gestionnaires et copropriétaires du Québec (RGCQ).
