Patrick Cooper

Patrick Cooper joined the team specializing in co-ownership law at LJT Avocats in February 2024. Although he practices in civil litigation, he particularly focuses his expertise in divided co-ownership law, real estate law as well as in construction law.

Before joining LJT Avocats, he acquired substantial experience within a firm where he pleaded before various courts, both judicial and administrative. This experience allowed him to actively participate in the development of various strategies and to lead agreement negotiations, always placing the interests of his clients at the heart of his practice.

He also holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Quebec in Montreal obtained in 2017. This additional training gives him a broader perspective in his field of practice.
