Pascale Gouin is head of the Litigation and conflict resolution sector. A multidisciplinary litigant, she works in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in areas involving civil liability, relations between shareholders and between franchisors and franchisees, real estate law and labour relations. She pleads before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, the Court of Appeal of Quebec and administrative courts. She also applies her expertise in preventive ways by drafting her clients’ contracts, such as employment contracts and commercial leases.

She also specializes in family law and matrimonial cases where financial structures (trusts, limited partnerships, etc.) and partition of property can often seem complex, as in divorces and separations of de facto spouses. She can thus put all her commercial knowledge to work for her business and professional clientele.

She is recognized by Best Lawyers in Family Law since 2022 and is a member of the Groupe de droit collaboratif du Québec. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Fondation Virage, for cancer support, affiliated with the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM). Moreover, she has very much at heart the interests of the Breakfast Club of Canada, an organization for which she sats for a long time on its board of directors.
