Pascal Emmanuel Mécéjour joined the firm in October 2024 as part of the tax team led by Benoit Therrien. He specializes in tax planning for SMEs, estate planning, and preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts, and corporations. His current practice focuses on corporate reorganizations and tax planning tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses.

Pascal Emmanuel began his career in U.S. tax at accounting firms, where his master's thesis on U.S. sales taxes opened many opportunities for him. He later shifted his practice to Canadian tax law, specializing in SMEs, estate planning, and tax returns. This experience, particularly gained during two years at a firm specializing in chartered accounting and consulting services, has enriched his expertise and diversified his approach.

Academically, Pascal Emmanuel holds a master's degree in business law from France. After immigrating to Canada, he completed the necessary equivalencies to become a lawyer, before pursuing a master's degree in taxation at the University of Sherbrooke.

Always seeking further development, he is currently finalizing a microprogram in consumption tax at the same university.
