Marjolaine Griffon joined the tax team in October 2024 as a paralegal specializing in business law. She assists lawyers with commercial transactions and corporate and tax reorganizations.
After six years in the tourism sector, Marjolaine transitioned to the legal field. Before joining LJT, she expanded her expertise in corporate law at a large law firm in Montreal.
