Dominic Lalonde

Dominic Lalonde joined LJT Lawyers in 2023 and practises in the areas of taxation and business law. With a Master's degree in taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke, his practice focuses primarily on corporate tax planning, the implementation of corporate structures and reorganizations, business purchase and sale transactions, and trust and estate planning.

Prior to joining LJT Lawyers, he practiced in the tax department of a major accounting firm. With a diverse range of files and clients, he acquired significant knowledge in tax audits and objections, as well as voluntary disclosures, in both corporate and personal income tax. This prior experience gives him a unique perspective and complementary skills that prove essential in resolving complex tax cases.

In addition to his Master's degree in taxation, his academic background also includes a Juris Doctor in common law and transnational law, also from the Université de Sherbrooke. His in-depth training and specialized practice make him a professional of choice.
