Caroline Duval

Caroline Duval has at first worked as a paralegal for almost ten years in the corporate and taxation sectors, primarily serving the pharmaceutical industry. In September 2018, she returned to school to complete her degree in the Bachelor of Law program at the Université du Québec à Montréal. Holding a master's degree in taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke, she specializes in corporate tax planning, implementation of corporate structures and reorganizations, as well as in business purchase and sale transactions, primarily in the pharmaceutical sector.

She has also a degree from the Université de Montréal with cumulative certificates in law, international business and accounting.
