Karl Michel specializes in divided co-ownership law and real estate law. Known for his professionalism and meticulous approach, he advises and represents primarily condominium syndicates as well as individuals with interests involving such entities. He has extensive experience with construction defects and cases within the jurisdiction of the Administrative Housing Tribunal.

Maxime Laflamme-Leblond also practices in divided co-ownership law and real estate law. He advises and represents both condominium syndicates and co-owners, offering valuable expertise in co-ownership law. His ability to analyze issues from multiple perspectives and propose tailored solutions makes him a strategic asset for our clients. Additionally, he is accredited as a civil and commercial arbitrator, meeting the requirements of the Quebec Bar.

Marie-Anne Bédard specializes in commercial transactions and corporate reorganizations. She provides our clients with pragmatic and customized solutions tailored to their specific needs. She collaborates closely with entrepreneurs to develop effective legal and tax strategies.

Valérie Frigon is both a lawyer and tax specialist within our commercial and corporate law team. Her expertise includes commercial transactions, particularly acquisitions, mergers, sales, and corporate restructurings. Passionate about negotiation, she works to identify common interests to facilitate the conclusion of commercial agreements.
