No vacation this summer for the LJT team!
LJT Lawyers is proud to welcome four new recruits and an experienced lawyer this summer: Mr. Manuel Servant and Mses. Bianca Di Meglio Lemieux, Marie-Anne Bédard, Valérie Frigon and Guylaine DeBlois, who have joined its departments of commercial and fiscal law.
Manuel and Bianca are both graduates of the Université de Montréal. Manuel has a CFA certification and previously worked as a financial analyst with the Sobeys Group. This unique expertise is an important asset in servicing clients who work in the retail and food industries. Bianca was initially interested in management and business administration, to then pursue her studies in law. She also volunteered for Pro Bono Students Canada, which provides free legal services to low-income citizens and non-profit organizations.
Marie-Anne is a notary and is passionate about commercial restructuration. As for Valérie, she practices corporate and commercial law and runs on acquisitions and transactions. Both are in the process of finishing their master’s degree in tax planning.
Finally, Guylaine, who joined the firm in 2001 as a paralegal, went back to school in 2013 at the Université de Montréal to complete her law degree.
We are very pleased to welcome this dynamic cohort of young lawyers who represents a passionate succession for the firm.
