Fernet Avocats’ team, specialized in disciplinary and pharmaceutical law, has in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and the operation of the various professional orders in the healthcare industry. This expertise enables them to make representations before various disciplinary boards and to carry out various commercial transactions in this field of activity.

Paul Fernet enjoys an enviable reputation in pharmaceutical and professional law. He also practices in business law and labor law. In addition to his legal training, he holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, and was for many years President of the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec. He is still a member of this Order and frequently writes articles on pharmaceutical headlines.

Andrée-Anne Fernet began her career as an intern at the office of the Directeur des poursuites criminelles et pénales (DPCP). She then joined Fernet Avocats’ team where she developed a practice in litigation, labour law, corporate law and professional and disciplinary law. Her understanding of the pharmaceutical field enables her to work on sensitive cases.

Cédric-Anthony Gohier joined Fernet Avocats’ team in September 2020 to complete his articling, and is now developing his practice in labour law, corporate law, and professional and disciplinary law.
