Mr. Daniel Lessard, an experienced litigator, negotiator, and legal advisor, practises mainly in civil and commercial litigation, real estate and construction law as well as business law.

Mr. Olivier Lessard also practises in civil and commercial litigation and has an expertise in priorities and hypothecs as well as real estate law, construction law, labor law, co-ownership law, and business law. He also regularly represents private lenders and financial institutions in files involving the realization of security interests.

Ms. Stéphanie Pierfelice, who also holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from McGill University, practises in civil and commercial litigation.
