Holder of a bachelor's degree in law from the Université du Québec à Montréal, Olivier Charbonneau joined LJT Lawyers' team in 2023 after completing his internship. He practices in civil litigation, divided co-ownership law and real estate law.
He is called upon to plead before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec and administrative courts. He considers each case unique allowing him to implement effective legal strategies. He mainly advises and represents co-ownership syndicates, building managers and co-owners.
He is actively working on updating the Code de la copropriété divise of which Me Yves Papineau, Advocatus Emeritus, is the co-author.
