Andrée-Anne Fernet holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Université de Montréal and has been practicing as a lawyer since 2015. Her practice focuses on professional and disciplinary law. She mainly represents healthcare professionals, assisting them through a variety of issues specific to their reality: commercial transactions, professional discipline, labor law, common law litigation, etc.
Her understanding of the pharmaceutical field enables her to work on the most sensitive cases, and she regularly pleads before administrative and common law courts.
She has also written articles for Profession Santé, a publication aimed by doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.
