Julie Maronani and Caroline Jonnaert’s article quoted by the Quebec Court of Appeal

After being quoted in Pierre-Clude Lafond's publication called ''Droit de la protection du consommateur'', Julie Maronani and Caroline Jonnaert's article called ''L’arrêt Richard c. Time Inc. ou quand les petits caractères ne sont pas la formule gagnante'' was recently mentionned by the Quebec Court of Appeal in the Vidéotron v. Union des consommateurs case. In this publication, Julie Maronani and Caroline Jonnaert analyzed the Richard v. Time judgment rendered by the Supreme Court of Canada in 2012 with respect to false or misleading advertisement. Bill 134 to modernize the CPA: overview of proposed changes
