Whether you work in a legal department or for an agency, you can benefit from our various conferences on marketing law. Our presentations focus on the practical aspects of various legal issues that an agency or an advertiser may encounter when developing an advertising campaign.
Our objective is to give you the tools to identify in advance any legal issues that could arise. Visuals are given an important role in our presentations, which include many examples, but only the necessary amount of legal text! Topics vary: food advertising, false or misleading advertising, Charter of the French Language, comparative advertising, advertising to children, publicity contests and intellectual property, among others. Of course, we can always adapt the subjects to your specific needs.
