From the Canada Revenue Agency to LJT Lawyers for a good cause!

Legault Joly Thiffault LLP (LJT) is proud to announce the arrival of Mtre Simon-Nicolas Crépin in its taxation team.

Mtre Crépin is a tax litigator and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1992. For the first four years of his career, he practiced law in private firms. Afterward, he worked at the Department of Justice in the Tax Litigation Directorate from 1996 to 2014. In this role, he advised and represented the Canada Revenue Agency in civil and tax litigation, mostly before the Canadian Tax Court, as well as the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

He excells in the planning and preparation of tax litigation file, including drafting legal proceedings, legal opinions, negotiation and representation before the courts, in both official languages. The demand for legal advice in tax litigation will increase in the coming years. Mtre Crépin's expertise will answer our clients' needs.
