Ian Corriveau joins LJT’s Business Law Group

LJT is pleased to underline the arrival of Ian Corriveau in its Business Law Group.

Mr. Corriveau’s practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing. He also represents and advises clients in the negotiation and drafting of various commercial contracts. Mr. Corriveau received a Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Université Laval in 2005 after having completed a BA in Political Science at the Université de Montréal and a master’s degree at HEC Montréal.



Did you know that ...

Starting March 15, 2016, national citizens who don’t need a visa to come to Canada will have to obtain an electronic travel authorization (eTA) before their trip. U.S. citizens are not affected by this measure.

Anti-Spam Legislation New Requirements: Installation of Software
