Representations before specialized
administrative tribunals

Our firm has lawyers who have been among the first to make representations before the Commission de reconnaissance des associations d’artistes et des associations de producteurs (a commission on the recognition of artists and producers associations). These lawyers have an in-depth knowledge of the mechanisms and workings of the tribunal, including recognition records history and jurisprudence developed over the years.

In addition to representing the Association des producteurs conjoints (APC) in the field of advertising for more than 25 years, our firm has also represented the Association des producteurs de film et de télévision (APFTQ) and the Association québécoise de l’industrie du disque, du spectacle et de la vidéo (ADISQ) as well as numerous independent producers.
