Mr. Michel Turcot practices business law especially with Quebec entrepreneurs and professionals. Over the years, Mr. Turcot has accompanied businesspeople in their growth, and he dedicates his efforts in advising them on succession planning and inheritance.

Mr. Turcot advises, on a daily basis, families dealing with estate planning issues, particularly on an international scale.

Mr. Turcot also distinguishes himself in the education field; he was an associate professor at Université de Montréal’s faculty of law for more than 20 years, as well as at Université de Sherbrooke’s master’s of taxation program for more than 10 years.

He was also a speaker for professional organizations, such as the APFF, the Chambre des notaires du Québec, the Institut de Recherches et d’Études Notariales Européen, as well as for McGill University.

Mr. Turcot is presently a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec’s Board of Directors and a member of Revenu Québec’s Advisory Committee regarding electronic services provided to professional representatives.
